  • CycleStrength is a 50-minute class that includes a warm up, cool down and stretch.  This class incorporates a strength segment using light hand weights.

  • Power 45
  • The POWER Ride is 45 minutes and is all about getting you IN and OUT with as much Fierce as we can pack into 45 minutes.  The only thing missing is the Fierce song.
