I like to mix it up in my Ride. You'll climb, sprint and come to love short bursts of intensity to crank up your heart rate. My agenda is to coach you through intervals that will improve your cardiovascular fitness and help you reach your personal goals.
My music is in the foreground of my Ride-not the background. I like it loud with strong beats and meaningful lyrics. I use my playlists to motivate you to Ride to your fullest potential. You'll hear a mix of everything-pop, rock, country and dance.
A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
I've been teaching group fitness since the early 90's. I am also an elementary school teacher, so motivating people to do their best is always a part of my instruction. I will coach you to do your best while you're having fun with the music and terrain.
