POLICIES

Cancellation Policy:

Please cancel a ride 8 hours before the scheduled ride in order to avoid the loss of a Ride credit. If you cancel after the 8-hour window has closed, you will forfeit one ride. If you cancel outside of the 8-hour window, a ride credit will be added back to your account. The only way to cancel a ride is to log onto your account and click “unreserve.”  The UNLIMITED packages are governed by the same policies.  In the event of a no show or late cancellation on a sold-out or wait listed Ride, a $10 fee will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.  This package cannot be shared.

Expiration, Refunds and Pricing Policies:

There are NO EXPIRATION DATES on single Rides or 5/10/20 count Ride packages.  Unlimited Ride package expiration dates are governed by your purchase date.  Refunds will be honored within 3 days of purchase for UNUSED Ride packs only.  There are NO refunds on unlimited packs.  We reserve the right to change all advertised pricing options at any time with or without notice.  The 12 month unlimited pricing will be locked in for one year, from the date of purchase.  The 2017 month-to-month pricing option will expire on 12/31/2017.  Notice will be given regarding any changes in pricing and you will have the option to continue. 

 

Waitlist Policy:

If a ride is full, you will be given the option to be added to the waitlist. If a bike becomes available for that ride, you will be notified via email or if it’s last minute, we will call you.  You must have ride credits in your account to be added to a wait list.

 

On-Time Arrival/Departure & Studio Etiquette:

Riders are asked to arrive at the studio 10 minutes prior to class for bike set-up. All rides will start on time and riders will not be permitted to enter the studio after the warm-up song is finished.  If you need to leave early, we request that you only do so at the cool-down/stretch sequence.  We prefer that this does not occur on a regular basis as the cool-down and stretch is an important element to the Ride.  If you have the potential for an emergency situation to occur during the Ride (i.e. you are on call, have a sick child, etc) please notify the front desk and leave your phone with the person at the desk.  All early exits should occur out of the door leading to the cubby area.  All cell phones must be OFF and must not emit light.  Wrist worn heart rate/exercise monitors must be set to the dimmest setting.  It is very distracting to have light emitting in our darkened studio.  We reserve the right to terminate any contracts or packages, without refund, if the use of light emitting devices becomes an issue for other riders.

 

Inclement Weather Policy:

The safety of our Riders and Instructors is of the utmost importance.  Any schedule changes or Ride cancellations due to inclement weather will be communicated via e-mail, posted on our website, social media and the master schedule.  We follow the Portsmouth school system as a guideline, however, if you do not feel comfortable driving in winter weather, please cancel online and email the studio.
